Mosley's mother said:
...she believes politics affected the judge's decision.
"It's a sad, sad world we live in when the judicial system is so tainted by political aspirations," she said. "I cannot let this go. I have seen the grief of the Schneiders at these hearings and the trial and I completely understand the loss of their child. I feel the Rensselaer County judicial system has murdered my child."

Mosely was convicted of the double-murders in 2011 after he had been arrested on another charge. Mosely's DNA was entered into the State Database and came up a match for unidentified DNA found at the Brunswick Road murder scene. Good work by DA McNally's Office on the conviction and DA Abelove's office on the hearing.

Mosely is one of the more terrifying killers. After the murders Mosely cleaned-up his act and eventually lived what looked like a normal life in North Greenbush. Neighbors were shocked when he was arrested for the murders. He appeared to be an average middle class guy in a middle class neighborhood in a nice, little town.

It's "Mosley" Democratus :)....and yes, that is the face of a double murderer, a former champion wrestler who snapped, cornered, and violently killed two people in the middle of the night, and who is a pathological liar, although the jury and Judge's saw right through it all.
Wilma (his mother) obviously doesn't "completely understand the loss of their child", because if she did she would have kept the statement to herself. It was disrespectful, delusional, and narcissistic of her to say such a thing, but ESPECIALLY to use the word "murdered" in reference to her son and his self-inflicted progress through the judicial system.....and this wasn't his first experience with the judicial system, it has been a lifelong pattern.
Lastly, politics has nothing to do with this...evidence does, and it was overwhelming. DNA, bloody palm print on the wall, severely cut up hands that kept him out of work for a week and for which he sought medical attention at a local on-call medical location.
He is exactly where he needs to be, for the rest of his life.
