DEAR RODNEY, KEN & JOE....
First, sorry for the shitty images. We're still working with 2008 technology with no plans on changing. Also, we didn't get the best facsimile. If this is impossible to read, let us know and we'll just forget the whole thing.
We received this letter a day or two before the primary. We chose not to publish at that time because, frankly, we were unsure of the motive. The timing was suspicious. Was Lou 100% sincere or did the establishment Democrats feel Madden was in trouble and this might help? Or both. We have no opinion one way or the other.
In other news, big day tomorrow. Absentee ballots opened.* Get plenty of sleep. There may be a few surprises.
*Just putting the finishing touches on the last ones this morning.
Last night the refrigerators preformed at Knickerbockor Park and were fabulous. Thank you Vito for your hard work and I hope everyone enjoyed the show. Also thank you Mayor for the great fireworks.
ReplyDeleteAnything to get away from that last post I see polio. This letter was out there a week ago tomorrow. Your right the quality does really suck. So I would like to point out to all you good readers that if they find it hard to read they can always go to McCasions Twitter feed where it's been for a week now. This blog make the Record look like the internet. Harry gone 4 years now.
ReplyDeleteHarry loves writing his own name, he don't want to be forgotten
DeleteLou's finally scolding Wiltshire and company for their antics. What took so long? He should have been hitting them hard years ago.
ReplyDeleteDems should have been hammering away at Wiltshire for weeks.
ReplyDeleteThere is no such thing as the "high road" in politics, especially in Troy, and there's nothing wrong with pointing out the truth.
If only Mayor Rosamilia had expressed his concerns about Wiltshire in a letter to the editor or directly to the voters before the Primary.
Perhaps he will once Madden is declared the winner and Wiltshire stays in the race.
Glad this blog is back.
Spare the rod, spoil the child.
ReplyDeleteDo you really think Lou wrote this?
ReplyDeleteYou go Lou. Finally giving Rodney The spanking he's so richly deserves. Please Lou write a Letter to the Editor or go public before the election with FACTS about why Rodney will completely derail Troy. Troy is broke, Rodney is backed by the unions. Does anyone think Rodster won't have to bend over in contract negotiations? Bring up his pitiful record in the Council. I know you are a nice guy Lou, but it's time for you to go full on pit bull .
ReplyDeleteSomeone doesn't like all the attention the TP is getting. Envy is a terrible thing.
ReplyDeleteAnd they try to discredit it by lying about it. A tactic used to a sickening degree by Harry and his loser pals. This is the most entertaining, well written, brilliant blog around. I'm just sorry I wasn't aware of it it's first go around
DeleteWhere did Harry go?
ReplyDeleteHe went to the land of GOP party patronage, aka the county building.
DeleteFYI not all unions back Rodney he is disliked by many members of the PBA. Also the PBA does not back any politicians
ReplyDelete"Also the PBA does not back any politicians" The PBA through their last president orchestrated the demise of the rank and file officer. How does it feel to be a cop in Troy? Lou got your back? Pete got your back? Don't worry Fitz got his $80 grand payday from Lou. What goes around comes around.
ReplyDeleteHarry gone 4 years
Your pitiful Harry. You need to feel relevant, your not. Enough with you sign off statement, but it's not needed. We can spot your posts without your pitiful, begging for attention, sign off Harry been gone 4 years. Yes that's true and the city is still paying for your actions, why don't you also "Harry been trounced twice while running for office in 4 years" we all like that better
DeleteFitzy got his payday from Harry and Harry's stupidity. Outside counsel recommended settlement and given Harry's antics, the city was forced in to a vulnerable situation. Fitz could have been awarded more. The City made a business decision to staunch the bleeding caused by the prior administration.
ReplyDelete100% correct
